I've been searching for a way to bake pizzas in a 12 inch Dutch oven while on rafting trips. (While we are rafting the Dutch oven is heated by charcoal briquettes.) The trick here is to get each pizza into and out of the Dutch oven to make room for the next one. We make each pizza on a disk and then put the disk on a collapsible "X" shaped aluminum frame, which crosses under the disk and extends upwards. This goes into the Dutch oven. When the pizza is done, the aluminum frame is picked up, the pizza, on the disk, is slid into a pizza box for storage under a sleeping bag to keep it warm. When enough pizzas are done then we all eat together. These disks make it easy to keep the pizza warm since the pizza doesn't need to be separated from the disk for temporary storage.
