Good quality material, easy to use, large surface area. You must dust the surface with coarse cornmeal as the pizza/bread dough will stick. Do not leave the dough, if at all wet, on the peel for very long, more than 10 minutes, as it will pick up the cornmeal and then stick to the peel. The peel is very easy to use to lift bread/pizza from a baking stone or from a barbeque grill. It is handy to carry raw dough from the kitchen to BBQ grill and return to kitchen after cooking. Handle is long, but is useful with very hot oven/BBQ grill. Shorter handle would be easier to store but I would loose the benefit described above as well as the stability of holding/carrying such a large, flat surface with two hands. Overall, just what I wanted for a fair price.
