Artic Air Mega Top refrigerated prep table have the features you need to keep your business running smoothly. This unit has twenty-four 1/6 size pans for ingredients and a cutting board for slicing and dicing. There is also 15.5 cu ft of refrigerated storage for keeping extra ingredients on hand. It's also tested to NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage.
