This 42" roast beef trolley features a solid hardwood body with a mahogany finish and a full rollback cover in hotel‐weight, high‐polished stainless steel. The cover is vented to prevent condensation and also has a special locking handle. Underneath the cover are a 15" x 10" white composition carving board, two 40 Oz. stainless steel drop‐in containers, and a stainless steel water pan with adapter. This trolley also includes four handles, a knife tray, a plate holder and four swivel casters (two with locks), all made of stainless steel.
