This 3.4 Qt. stainless steel bowl features the patented three‐wall design of the Cold Wave line from Bon Chef. This line has a 1/4" outer layer that contains air and the inner 1/4" layer contains an insulating gel. After pre‐freezing, it will keep food cold for 8 hours at ambient temperature without sweating. This bowl also includes a stackable plastic cover.
