QUESTION
This would work on any size dough round up to the size that it is right? I make scones and start with about a 5" dough round - as long as I center it, it should work fine right? The blades can be resharpened as needed I assume. Hoping this will work because it is exactly what i have been looking for !
Thank you -
ANSWER
Hello, we have asked the manufacturer and they have stated that this product should work very well for your needs, as long as the dough is centered and does not exceed 11 inches. The blades can be sharpened manually, but they are thin and should slice through easily. Thank you!
