I'm a food writer for several media and also a personal blogger. I take my own photos to illustrate my stories or articles and am always looking for simple lines in the items I use that will not detract from the food. Of all the amuse bouche examples I found doing an internet search and sending out my own 'scouts' on the mainland to kitchen supply stores, this was the one that met all of my specs. Simple and beautiful fluid lines.
