The HydroPro™ Plus features a Sous Vide Toolbox™, an intuitive on‐board cooking guided that simplifies sous vide cooking by using scientific algorithms to calculate time, temperature and pasteurization for a variety of foods.The HydroPro™ Plus also includes a digital needle that displays food temperature in rela time and is stored on‐board and sent to the HACCP manager using bluetooth. This immersion circulator makes programming easy with the use of the "My Presets" feature that allows manual input of cooking parameters. The HydroPro™ Plus is designed with food safety in mind.
