This ice ball making kit from Cirrus is very heavy duty, meant for commercial use as it's quite substantial. The kit comes with a dozen strong plastic ice cup molds, not paper cups as stated by the other review. Our guests really enjoy receiving an ice ball with their drinks and the look on their face as it forms the ice ball is always fun to see.

This is a fantastic item for the bar and a neat visual. The ice does stay together longer and will not dillute the beverage life the ice cubes will. The only downfall is that there are no products to make the cube to use for the Ice Press. Your given a paper cup with the product in which looks tacky to use at a bar, especially when you have invested $1000.00 on the product. The paper cups or even plastic cups do not work. After each press, you have to dip the top portion into warm water to repeat the operation. You would think that a better ice mold would have come with it. Nothing out there in the market for it.
