QUESTION
When i replaced the batteries on the device, the screen comes on automatically with a "CAL" message. It will not allow me to do anything else and appears to be stuck in this mode. How can i resolve this issue?

My pyrometer while set on Fahrenheit and in water... my reading is at 75+/- ....Celsius in water my reading is 18 +/-... I've replaced the needle probe but the reading is the same...what's the problem? How do I correct/calibrate it?

QUESTION
How does the warranty work. Or how do I go about getting my thermometer fixed/replace using warranty. One probe is not reading correctly(is it under same warranty) the thermometer itself will read open, or go from showing temperature to just showing "-- --"

QUESTION
My pyrometer is saying on the screen when it powers up NO CAL. Then it continues to read as LOW. However while in ice water it does flash a negative temperature but returns to LO. What can I do to fix this? Thanks
