Description

This Cres Cor® Proof / Hot Cabinet can be used as a proofer to produce uniformly raised dough, or it can be used as a holding cabinet to keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. The body is constructed from non-corrosive, Hi-Tensile aluminum and has field reversible Lexan doors for easy viewing. The control panel has an easy-to-read thermometer and the entire power assembly is removable for cleaning and maintenance. This cabinet has heavy-duty 5" swivel casters for easy transport.

Can be used as a proofer or holding cabinet
Heating system maintains the right combination of heat & humidity
2000 Watt cabinet holds foods at up to 180°F
Proofing with 960 Watts allows for temperatures of 80°F with relative humidity of 95%
Non-corrosive, Hi-Tensile aluminum body
Field reversible Lexan doors
Perimeter door gasket minimizes heat loss
Magnetic latch secures door during transport
Eleven sets of chrome plated wire universal angles accommodate a variety of pans sizes on adjustable 1.5" centers
Controls accessible without opening the door
