Edlund BDS‐8 balance baker style dough scale is easy‐to‐use, and accurate. Each 9" scale is made from durable, epoxy‐coated 12 gauge stainless steel that is easy to clean. Comes complete with over‐sized footed plastic scoop, a counterweight, and a full set of measuring weights.
