Description

This 60.5" wide refrigerated chef base from Hoshizaki features a 26" high work surface and supports up to 700 pounds of equipment. It has a stainless steel exterior and interior and the innovative air distribution system distributes air evenly to maintain product temperature.

Ceramic heat shield integral to 16 gauge stainless steel top protects food from high heat
Drawers capacity: (2) 12" x 20" x 6" deep pan and (2) 1/2 long, 6" deep pan
4" HD Casters (All with brakes) are standard
