Description

This heavy-duty gas griddle from Vollrath® elevates your kitchen's capabilities and is a safe and efficient way to streamline food prep. Thicker 1-inch polished surface and U-shaped burners distribute 150,000 BTUs of heat evenly over the entire cooking surface. The manual control knob is easy to use and will never break or crack, and the thick back and sloped sides reduce mess. This heavy-duty griddle meets the demands of any kitchen.
