QUESTION
I had a wood salas bowl for years that finally crack - and I couldn't glue it back. I see that a number of wood salad bowls are vulnerable to this - sometimes even within the first couple uses. how vulenrable is this one?

ANSWER
Hi. With any wood bowl, I would avoid exposing it to high heat or extreme cold, which would affect the bonding in the wood. Most of our products are selected for the commercial foodservice industry, so they usually go through a lot of use. Thanks!
