I have been looking for a spatula for use with non stick cook ware, This Pelton 12 " slotted spatula failed its first test, turning a fired egg. I will say it is better than any of the others I have tried but it is no were nearly as good as a metal spatula. It seems to be too thick at the front end which limits the ease of slipping under a fragile frying egg.

This is my go to spatula for non-stick pans. It's design is perfect for breakfast, flipping eggs and bacon, making omelets and scrambled eggs. It is heat proof for normal cooking and cleanup is a cinch.

We use this spatula for getting cookies off the sheet, flipping sandwiches on the grill and lifting all kinds of things out of baking dishes. It's thin and flexible, yet strong. Makes a great gift!

Works as intended. Slipery design allows it to get under everything in a no-stick pan.

I first bought this spatula in Paris in an amazing kitchen department in BHV a large French department store. As a professional ergonomist (CPE) and a darn good amateur chef, I have strong opinions about kitchen tools. This one is great! When my wife let it get into the gas flame of the stove, charring and melting it, (more than a few seconds) I immediately when online to see if I could order one, and succeeded. It happened again couple years later and again I ordered it with the first hour I was home from work. it is that good.
