This 9.5" frying pan features the durable Thermalloy® stainless steel construction. The aluminum bottom provides excellent heat distribution and the hollow handle stays cool to help prevent burns. For best results, Thermalloy® stainless steel cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
