For over 50 years, Vic Firth was the timpanist for the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Vic Firth’s commitment to perfection led him to develop the world’s finest drumsticks. This commitment also inspired the Vic Firth Gourmet line of professional gourmet tools including peppermills, salt mills and rolling pins. As the core drumstick business continued to grow and require more focus, the decision was made to sell the Gourmet line. A perfect fit and new home was found for the Gourmet line at Maine Wood Concepts of New Vineyard, Maine.
