This 120-Plate capacity mobile plate rack from Plate-Mate is designed for busy commercial kitchens, banquet halls, and large-scale events. The columns can turn independently of each other in the frame, full of plates with a diameter of up to 12.9" (33 cm). The frame and the swivel wheels; two with brakes, are made from stainless steel. This 120 plate rack adjusts to fit nearly any dinner plate size. If used properly you can tilt the 120 plate racks up to a 20 degree angle, fully loaded, without dropping any of the 120 plates.
