QUESTION
Is the plastic dome attached to the stand or does the tray and dome lift off
the stand. If attached to stand, I'm concerned about it snapping off over a period of time of customer rough handling.
Also does this have a drain plug? I see the 12/36" stand does.

Hello, the dome does attach to the back of the stand. However, it is able to be removed, as we do sell replacements. Photos of how it attaches can be seen on the product page of the replacement dome - item 569486. This stand does have a drain plug. According to the manufacturer, all of their floor models have a drain plug. Thank you!

Can the plastic tray on this sample dome be run through a commercial sanitizer? I am worried about melting it.

Hi, the manufacturer states that the tray is made of thick acrylic and is dishwasher safe. Thank you.
