This Star® Grill‐Max® Roller Grill is great for snack bars, convenience stores, concession stands, and more. It features heavy‐duty rollers that rotate 360°, and has sectional heat control for mixed product flexibility. This grill has a holding temperature range of 145°F to 190°F, and a maximum cooking temperature of up to 200°F. It includes a built‐in bun drawer for bun storage. A unique heating cycle allows the you to load the grill and the electronic control will cook the product for a preset time and then automatically return to hold setting taking the guesswork out of preparing a variety of foods.
