This Star‐Max® countertop electric griddle features a chrome‐plated stainless steel cooking surface for even heat distribution. The highly polished chrome surface reflects heat inward reducing radiant heat saving on energy and keeps the kitchen cooler. The non‐porous chrome surface eliminates food taste transfer and is easy to clean. This griddle has a 4000 watt element every 12", and snap‐action thermostatic controls provide temperatures between 150° and 450°F.
