This Star® Ultra‐Max® Gas Griddle has a 36" width and is a reliable, efficient way to cook a variety of foods. It features a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, and has a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. It is finished with a side and rear splash guard, and a grease trough for easy cleanup. Optional mechanical snap‐action thermostats use sensors embedded 0.1875 in. (5 mm) from the cooking surface every 12 inches (305 mm) for precise temperature control
