ANSWER
The exterior dimensions are 46.49"L x 21.13"W x 23.3"H. The interior bottom width is 14.8" and the interior bottom length at the wheel housing is 32.7" and 40.2" above the wheel housing. The interior top dimensions are 42.1"L x 18.1"W. Hope this helps.

The measurement in length tapers to the bottom of the tote. I need the measurement for the length at the bottom of the container. The item I need to store is rigid and the true bottom length really matters. I don't know why these things are all measured in quarts/gallons. NO ONE fills and stores liquids in them. Can you help me?
