We have been using 5" steak knife since past 9 years. This has been our go to knife for most of the kitchen needs. Only issue is since the blade does not run through the complete length of the handle, sometimes it breaks with more pressure. The same blade with the Steel blade running all through the handle and having a better premium handle will be really awesome....

The cost was awesome! New ones are just as sharp as my old
Ones. I highly recommend these knives!

Love these Knifes I like the way they stay sharp.
I use these knifes for cutting insulation and at home
I would like it if the handles were just a little bit bigger so that I can hold on to it better
