I’d like to thank all the staff at the Columbus,OH and Peoria, AZ locations who assisted me in this purchase. Communication was excellent and I am very pleased and look forward , with confidence, to future purchases! After nearly a month of searching for a bread loaf pan, one with square sides and a height of at least 4 inches , constructed with stainless steel and no, non-stick chemically applied surface, I discovered the manufacturer , Vollrath. I can’t say for certain if there are any other companies making SS 18/8 true bread pans, but I couldn’t find any! Which leads me to want to encourage Vollrath to really consider marketing these pans to the home bread baker! There is a void, and spending the time I do on many bread sites, I hear the frustration of those who are looking for a straight sided bread loaf pan, something other then the pan used to make banana bread or a meatloaf. In addition, many want to bake without the chemically applied materials flaking off into their dough. I received the pan today, it’s well constructed, made in America, and will last a long time!

Yes, they're pricey, but these pans work very well for baking large loaves of bread. The bread doesn't stick when greased; in fact, they work better than my non-stick pans.
