QUESTION
How to remove hard water residue from your silware.
ANSWER
Hello, the care guides from the manufacturer say that the flatware should not remain soiled overnight. Presoaking for up to 15 minutes is recommended, then immediately wash the flatware in high temperatures. Avoid low temperatures or chlorine baths which attack silver and metal. To clean discoloration of the build-up of hard water, use a commercial tarnish remover or natural cleaning agents like olive oil or vinegar. Rub the product gently until clean and then re-wash before use. Any leftover residue can be removed by wiping dry with a cloth or towel. Thank you!
